Why I started PINK°
I'm Pim Kemper. Dutch, and at home in Jávea since 2022. I've sat on your side of the table myself: buying a home in a country where you don't know the language, the rules or the games. I know how it feels to have to trust someone who didn't care.
PINK° is my answer. I only name a price I can explain. I only sell homes I stand behind. And I say no — to properties, and sometimes to clients. That costs revenue. It earns something worth more: that in five years you're still happy with your home, and with your agent.
That's what honest prices, honest people and honest homes mean to me. Not a marketing term — just how we work.
