2009 whilst again proving to be a difficult year with the world wide recession was a great year to buy in Spain and the start of 2010 should continue in the same vain. The property prices along the coast of the Costa Blanca and Costa Calida has seen reductions in selling prices of around 35% from 2008 levels but now seemed to have leveled of indeed the first signs of growth are appearing. |
