Welcome to the Pink Properties web site, we hope that this site is useful to you and starts you on the process of owning your own property in Spain.

Pink Properties is a small independent Spanish registered company which prides itself on service and professionalism.

Based in Guardamar del Segura we are in the ideal location to cover the whole of the Costa Blanca and Costa Calida areas, from Denia in the North to Mojacar in the south, a total of 300kms of coastline as well  as up to 100kms inland.

This is a particularly exciting time for us with the new golf course projects being undertaken in the Murcia to San Javier areas which are bringing large amounts of investment into an area previously undeveloped, however, this is only one aspect to life in this region.

From quiet inland ´real spain´ towns such as the wine region of Jumilla, Calasparra and Pego to bustling tourist resorts such as Benidorm and Torrevieja this area has something for everyone!
The Costa Blanca has long been the chosen destination for many people from Northern Europe as well as many Spanish nationals from the North and Madrid.

The reason is clear, this area has been highlighted as one of the healthiest places to live by the World Health Organisation with its all year round sun as well as the natural salt lagoons in the area (and is a haven for arthritis sufferers!) as well as the low cost of living compared to Britain, and lets not forget that Spain has the 5th best health care system in the world (Britain is 27th!) and a fantastic education system.

With the best beaches in Spain and another 30 golf courses being constructed or planned we at Pink Properties strongly believe that this is the place to be and we look forward to welcoming  you to the area.
